Justin M. Mann, Managing Director, Treasurer, is a seasoned banking professional with over 22 years of experience in the industry. He began his journey in banking after completing his bachelor’s degree in Accounting from York College of Pennsylvania.

Justin has served in various finance and risk-management-related roles throughout his career at prominent financial institutions such as Customers Bank, Susquehanna Bancshares, Fulton Financial Corporation, and Community Banks, Inc. He is a recognized subject matter expert on interest rate risk, liquidity risk management, and capital stress testing. Justin is also well-versed in budgeting/forecasting, financial modeling, and enterprise risk management. His unique combination of technical skills and the ability to view the organization holistically allow him to make significant contributions to the company’s strategic initiatives. His commitment to strong financial performance aligns with Traditions Bank’s core values, which he believes sustains the bank’s culture along with the hiring of best-in-class associates.

As a York-area resident and native, Justin M. Mann wanted to work for an organization with a vested interest in its associates and the communities it serves. This led Justin to join Traditions Bank in 2019 as Treasurer, where he was promoted to Managing Director, Treasurer in 2021. Justin’s passion for the community led him to actively participate in non-profit organizations where he is an active member of the Finance Committee for Culture Alliance of York County since 2019, and previously on the Finance/Stewardship Committee, Board of Trustees, and the Treasurer for Yorkshire Church.

Aside from his impressive professional experience, Justin has many interests outside of banking. He’s a talented saxophonist and enjoys listening to an eclectic mix of music. He’s also an avid fan of college football, with the University of Tennessee being his favorite team.
