Lost Debit or Credit Card?

Should your Traditions Bank Debit Card or Credit Card ever be lost or stolen, it is important that you report it to the Bank as soon as possible. If you are not able to reach us outside of our regular business hours, call the appropriate hotline number below.

If you lost your Traditions Bank Debit Card and you are a Mobile Banking user, you may want to temporarily “Turn Off” your card in the Mobile Banking app under “Manage my Card” until we can help you resolve the issue.
