Traditions Bank Promotes Three of Its Leaders to Executive Team

Traditions Bank is pleased to announce the promotions of three of the bank’s associates. Suzanne M. Becker, Joseph D. Lombardi, and Justin M. Mann have joined the Traditions Bank executive management team, further enhancing the breadth and depth of its leadership.

Suzanne M. Becker joined Traditions Bank in October 2010 and most recently served as Director of Marketing and Communications. Mrs. Becker has a B.S. in Communications from Millersville University and 35 years of communications and marketing experience. She recently led the successful rebranding efforts for the bank. Suzanne fills the newly created role of Executive Administrative Officer and Assistant Corporate Secretary. Mrs. Becker’s primary responsibilities include corporate communications, investor relations, office management, planning, and marketing oversight. As Assistant Corporate Secretary, she also provides governance support. Mrs. Becker is on the Board of the Cultural Alliance of York County and Healthy York. She continues to report to Eugene Draganosky, President and CEO.

Joseph D. Lombardi joined Traditions Bank in April 2014 as Director of Information Technology and has been promoted to Chief Technology Officer. Mr. Lombardi earned his B.S. in Computer Information Systems from Southern New Hampshire University. With over 25 years of experience in the IT field, Joe has served in highly-regulated industries such as gaming, insurance, and government. His adaptation to the banking world has been noteworthy and includes the recent graduation from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School Leadership Program and the American Bankers Association, Stonier Graduate School of Banking. In addition, Mr. Lombardi’s certifications include CISA, CISM, CDPSE, CISSP, SECURITY+, MCSE, ITIL Foundation v3, and PMP. Joe serves on the board of The Belmont Theatre. He continues to report to John Blecher, Founder and CFO/COO.

headshot of Justin MannJustin M. Mann joined Traditions Bank in March 2019 as Treasurer and now adds Managing Director to his title. Mr. Mann earned his B.S. degree in Accounting from York College of Pennsylvania. His 20 years of experience include Treasurer of Customers Bank in Wyomissing, PA, and various positions related to financial risk management at Susquehanna Bancshares, Fulton Financial Corporation, and Community Banks. As Treasurer and Managing Director, Justin is responsible for managing financial risks, including liquidity, interest rate risk, and capital, as well as financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting. Mr. Mann volunteers as Treasurer for Yorkshire Church and serves on the Finance Committee for Cultural Alliance of York County. He continues to report to John Blecher, Founder and CFO/COO.
