Patricia A. Martin, Managing Director, Human Resources & Organization Development, joined Traditions Bank in 2014 and has 38 years of banking experience in various roles, the majority of which have been in human resources. Prior to joining Traditions Bank, Patricia A. Martin was Vice President, Human Resource Manager at Union Community Bank. She also worked at First Union and their predecessor Banks in Lancaster County. In 2011, Patti was named one of Central Penn Business Journal’s Women of Influence. She is a member of SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management), a Board Member of the Bank Healthcare Consortium of PA, and is active with various other industry organizations. Her current community involvement includes serving as a big sister for Distinguished Young Women.
