Prior to Michael Frey joining Traditions Bank as Market President, he worked for more than 30 years at various financial institutions and with multiple entrepreneurial enterprises. Joining Traditions was a natural progression of Michael’s career, as he had already developed a close relationship with many of the bank’s associates and leaders.
He plans to make his mark every day by being a true bank ambassador to his colleagues and community, while assisting with and celebrating in their successes. Describing Traditions Bank as big bank talent with a genuine community bank culture, Michael Frey says he is honored to be a part of the organization’s growth and success, as well as eager to lend his support and talents to the areas of personal banking, private banking, and wealth management.
What he values most about his role at Traditions is the opportunity to work with talented and genuinely good people, all of whom operate under—and embrace—the bank’s core values.
Michael Frey is a longtime board member of the United Way of Lancaster County, where he currently serves as Chair of Resource Development and has also served as the 2011 Campaign Chair. In addition, he serves on the Advocacy Committee for the Lancaster Chamber of Commerce and is a member of the Hourglass Foundation.
