Whitecomb’s Produce – White Street
Whitecomb’s Farm Market in York, PA began with two young boys selling strawberries from a roadside table. Denny and Greg Whitecomb worked with their father and grandfather for many years, picking and selling strawberries along Bull Road. In 1985, the brothers partnered together to expand the business and rented a small grocery building. Within 5 years, they outgrew that building and eventually purchased land from their father, where they built the current Whitecomb’s store in 1997. A bakery was added in 2000, and the store was expanded to its current size. Today, Whitecomb’s is still selling produce, flowers, and baked goods. Visit their website for their offerings.
