Her Perspective Lyn Bergdoll

Lyn Bergdoll of York Little Theatre featured on “Her Perspective”

On Monday, November 3rd, Heather Warner of Fox43 News at 4 interviewed Lyn Bergdoll during “Her Perspective — Women Making an Impact on Central PA.” And what an impact Lyn makes!

As Executive Director of York Little Theatre since 2012, she has helped to transform the theatre into a busy and vibrant community treasure. As President of Distinguished Young Women of York County (formerly Junior Miss) since 1980, Lyn has helped hundreds of young women grow and become future leaders through this annual scholarship program. As organizer of “Encore,” a showcase of high school musicals across York County, Lyn has helped thousands of student performers be recognized with applause, awards and scholarships. Lyn even finds time to be a member of the dance faculty at York College where she influences and inspires even more young people. In fact, as a Fox43 employee was helping Lyn attach her microphone, she realized she was one of Lyn’s former students.

It’s evident that Lyn is happiest when she is helping other shine. Traditions Bank is happy to be able to shine the spotlight on Lyn Bergdoll, and many other women who make our community a better place to live and work. Take a moment to watch the interview. Then tune into Fox43 on December 1st at 4:40pm for the next “Her Perspective.”
