Central Penn Business Journal’s “CFO of the Year” Awards is a unique local program honoring the unsung heroes of business — the financial officers who work behind the scenes. John Blecher, Founder and CFO of Traditions Bank, was selected by judges as one of the top nominees in the category of Small Private Companies. John was recognized at an awards ceremony the evening of Thursday, May 30, 2013, in the York College of PA Performing Arts Center.
