After graduating Magna Cum Laude from Millersville University in 2020, Dylan spent time working in the Behavioral Health field, specifically working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. However, his love for helping people and eagerness to try new things brought him to the world of mortgages, where he started his journey with Traditions Bank in 2021.

Dylan has a natural curiosity for all things and a great deal of patience and understanding for how different each and every individual customer is, making him the perfect fit for his role as a Mortgage Partner. He loves guiding customers through the mortgage process and providing them with exceptional customer service along the way. Whether it’s a first-time homebuyer or a seasoned real estate investor, Dylan Marciano is happy to help every step of the way.
