Kimberly Amberman is an experienced local mortgage originator with over three decades of experience in the banking industry. She began her career in mortgage servicing in 1988 and has since worked in various roles such as credit analysis, commercial real estate lending, commercial and consumer loan operations management, and auditing. She joined Traditions Bank in 2009 as a Loan Administration Specialist, eventually becoming a Mortgage Partner in 2012, and Senior Mortgage Partner in 2020.
As a local mortgage originator in York, Kimberly takes pride in guiding customers through every step of the purchase, construction, and refinance processes of their homes. She believes in delivering a memorable, exquisite experience to each client and lives by Traditions Bank’s motto, “Make Your Mark.” Kimberly is actively involved in various organizations, including serving on the York County Food Bank board of directors, the underwriting/applicant review committee for York Habitat for Humanity, and the affiliate committee for RAYAC (Realtor’s Association of York and Adams Counties).

She loves hiking, camping, and traveling, and is an artist in needlework such as rug hooking, punch needle, and wool applique. Kimberly is also an avid antiquer and enjoys repurposing materials.
