November 5, 2023
ACNB Bank’s offices with lobbies in the counties of Adams and York in southcentral Pennsylvania are hosting collection drives this holiday season from November 3 - December 1 in support of ACNB Helping Hands. These drives will benefit the following community organizations:
- HOLIDAY FAMILY OUTREACH TOY DRIVE: Adams County Offices with lobbies.
- NEW HOPE MINISTRIES – CHRISTMAS BLESSING EXPRESS: York County Offices including Dillsburg, North Hanover, South Hanover, and Spring Grove.
- TOYS FOR TOTS: South York Plaza Office.
Why we’re lending a helping hand.
As a community bank, we recognize the challenging economy has hit many community organizations exceptionally hard as they work to serve the needs of low-income families, unemployed and underemployed people, and individuals on modest fixed-incomes---including the elderly and people with disabilities. For this reason, we are encouraging our customers and staff members, as well as other local residents, to lend a helping hand to those that need it most in our local communities this holiday season.
All you have to do is bring a new, unwrapped toy or other gift item appropriate for teenagers, the elderly or people with disabilities to an ACNB Bank office near you. The community organizations will do the rest, making sure your donations go to deserving families and individuals in our local area.
If you would prefer to write a check, please make it payable to one of the community organizations listed above and give it to an ACNB Bank staff member. We can also accept grocery store gift cards.
Thank you for your participation and generosity. Happy Holidays!
