September 26, 2024
What is your ACNB story?
I started with ACNB April 2019 as a Community Banking Specialist I at the West Gettysburg office. I transferred to Norland Ave branch in 2022 as a Community Banking Specialist II. Shortly after my transfer I became a training mentor. In the time I spent with ACNB, I have gown not only professionally but personally as well. I’d like to think a lot of my growth is due to the never ending, encouragement, and dedication from my fellow co-workers who have taken the time to mentor me along the way.
What do you love about working here?
The atmosphere and the people! I have fun with customers and co-workers, and feel extremely appreciated <3
What activities do you enjoy doing outside of the office?
Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with my husband and two beautiful daughters. We enjoy being outside, taking walks, swimming or just sitting by the fire in the evenings! I also love participating in Scoop-a-Palooza and was even the human sundae in 2023! And when I can, I help volunteer with the United Way!
Why should people bank at a community bank?
Because we care about the customers! To ACNB you are not just a customer, it’s an opportunity to get to know your neighbors, and establish a bank family! Anybody that has worked in an office has heard customers refer to us as their “Bank family” because we are care a little deeper when helping our community. Community banking is rewarding in so many ways but it’s the relationships we build inside the branch that become so much more than a transaction!
What are some of your favorite local activities or restaurants?
My favorite restaurant is Rosalie’s and I enjoy anything related to being outside!
