To Our Valued Customers,
We will transition our Intuit database on Monday, April 14, 2025. As a result, you will need to create a backup of all transactions in QuickBooks or Quicken for your records before Friday, April 11. Your files will no longer be available to you through our database following April 11. On or after Monday, April 14, you must deactivate and reactivate your online connection to QuickBooks or Quicken. You may encounter a brief amount of downtime as the conversion is made. if you experience a lengthy downtime, try logging in again. The linked conversion instructions reference two Action Dates below.
1st Action Date: Prior to April 11, 2025
By this date, you should complete a data file backup and a final transaction download. Please make sure to complete the final download before this date because transaction history might not be available after this upgrade.
2nd Action Date: April 14, 2025
This is the action date for the remaining steps in the conversion instructions. You will complete the deactivation/reactivation of your online banking connection to ensure that your current Quicken or QuickBooks accounts are set up with the new connection.

Intuit aggregation services will be interrupted for up to 5 business days. Intuit product users are encouraged to download a QFX/QBO file during this outage. The following services will not work during the outage, beginning at 5:00 pm on Friday, April 11, and will be available again Monday, April 21:
- Quicken Win/Mac Express Web Connect/Quicken Connect
- QuickBooks Online (QBO)
Please carefully review your downloaded transactions after completing the conversion instructions to ensure no transactions were duplicated or missed on the register.
