All account numbers remain unchanged.
Debit & Credit Cards
Your cards will continue to work normally.
Direct Deposits
Payroll, pension, and Social Security deposits are unaffected.

All payment schedules remain the same.
Automatic Transfers
Existing scheduled and recurring transfers will continue as usual. No action is required.

Will I need to re-enroll?
No. You will continue using your existing Online and Mobile Banking enrollment and sign-in credentials. No action is required.

Will my username or password change?
No. You can continue using your existing username and password to sign in.

Can I reset my password on my own?
Yes! Just click “Forgot Password” on either the online or mobile banking login screen.

Will my transaction history and eStatements still be available?
Yes. Your transaction history, loan information, balances, and eStatements will remain available.

Will the Mobile Banking app change?
The look and navigation may be refreshed, but you will continue to access your accounts and banking tools through Mobile Banking as you do today.

What if I need help after the update?
Our team will be available to help. Please call 1-888-334-2262 to contact a dedicated staff member that will be able to assist you. Additional resources and guidance will also be provided as the refreshed experience becomes available.

Will I need to update my account preferences after the update?
Yes. If you previously hid accounts, you will need to review your account list and unfavorite any accounts you do not want displayed on your dashboard.
