Terms and Conditions - Giveaway COLD. HARD. CASH.

Sponsor: The sponsor of this contest is ACNB Bank ("Sponsor").
Eligibility: Open to legal residents of Maryland and Pennsylvania who are 18 years of age or older. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) are not eligible to win. No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Prize:

• One (1) winner will receive a $250 gift card. Gift cards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. 
• The nonprofit organization with the most mentions will receive a check for $250. Money for the nonprofit must be used for charitable purposes.

How to Enter:

1. Like the contest post on ACNB Bank's official Facebook page.
2. Comment on the post and tag a local nonprofit organization (must be located in Maryland or Pennsylvania). One entry per Facebook account.

Entry Period: The contest begins on February 1, 2025 at time of posting and ends at 11:59 pm on February 1, 2025 ("Contest Period").

Prize:

• One (1) winner will receive $250 for themselves.
• The nonprofit organization mentioned in the most comments will receive $250.
• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. The prize for the nonprofit must be used for its charitable purposes.
• The individual winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries.
• The nonprofit winner will be determined by the number of valid mentions in comments.
• Winners will be notified via a direct message on Facebook within 10 business days after the Contest Period ends.
• If a winner does not respond within 48 hours of notification, an alternate winner may be selected.

Winner Selection and Notification:

• The individual winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries.
• The nonprofit winner will be determined by the number of valid mentions in comments.
• Winners will be notified via a direct message on Facebook within 10 business days after the Contest Period ends.
• Winner must be able to pick up gift card from any of the 26 ACNB Bank Community Banking Offices.

If a winner does not respond within 48 hours of notification, an alternate winner may be selected.

Additional Rules:

1. By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, and its employees from any liability.
2. This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook.
3. Any comments or entries deemed inappropriate or not in compliance with these rules will be disqualified.
4. All federal, state, and local laws apply.
